Where will the sex doll shipped from?
We have big warehouses in America, Europe, United Kindom, Canada, Russia, Australia and Asia. We will arrange doll shipment from local warehouse in priority. Once it was out of stock in local, it will be shipped from other warehouse directly for saving time.

Are you offering shipping for free?
All sex dolls are available at the nearest warehouse and can arrive in 2-5 business days after payment. Free shipping, customs cleared and duty free. Due to fluctuations in inventory, if goods can only be sent from other warehouses or over the range of our carrier business, extra shipping fee will be required.
We recommend that you choose dolls from your local warehouse so that there will be no customs clearance and tax issues, and you will receive an email if we confirm the order is out of stock.

What carrier(s) do you ship with?

We will ship it out in 1-2 days after get your doll order. The tracking No. will be notified as soon as it shipped out. You can track it and see the estimated delivery date on FedEx or UPS official websites. Generally, it expects 2-5 days to be delivered in domestic shipment. More days delay if it is remote areas or in bad weather condition. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Does SexRealDoll ship internationally?
We won't ship it out if sex doll is illegal in your country, for instance, India, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, UAE etc. If you are not sure about it, contact us before checking out.
If your recipient’s address is in EU or US, it is free shipping, and you don’t need to pay any other fees; If you are from other areas, please confirm with us at first.

Why are there no any update for my shipping order several days after shipped out?
In general, the international shipment will get transshipment via third party country. For the first part way from shipper to transfer country, the shipping information won’t be updated. After 7-10 days, when the parcel arrived, it will be updated accordingly. And more 3-5 days will be taken for the second part way.

Private packaging
Your doll will be packed in a blank carton, there will be no product name and brand, no one knows it is a sex doll. But sometimes, Customs may open your package to check and determine the import tax; don’t worry, it will be well packed after that.
